The project included the following structures:
Structure No. 047-0031; US 30 over Fox River
Seven span bridge 985' back to back of abutments by 66' out to out width. 54" steel plate girders on widened piers and abutments. Pot Bearings, finger plate joint treatments. Special aesthetic "Texas" style parapet.
Structure No. 047-0030; US 30 over River Street
Three span bridge 119' back to back of abutments by 72' out to out width. Widen and rehabilitate using steel W-beams on concrete piers and abutments.
Structure No. 047-8001; US 30 Bike Path over Fox River
Five span bridge 745' back to back of abutments by 12' out to out width. Reinforced concrete deck on 36" steel plate girders supported on the highway bridge piers.
Two MSE retaining walls with heights up to 23'. One reinforced concrete wall with maximum height of 10'. |
